Trees are blooming in Japan right now. The blossoms set a mood that is nothing short of blissful.
These shots remind us of the Spring Blossoms collection we did for Barneys Japan. 
They’re like little bits of spring to hang around your neck! 

If you’ve ever spent time in Japan then you know that vintage shopping is above and beyond. In between store visits, we took a little break and did some shopping of our own.

We just wrapped up a delightful week-long trip through Japan where we got to visit stores, meet all kinds of wonderful people, eat delicious and exotic food, and so much more. Personal style is, in general, on another level in Japan. Barneys employees are certainly no exception. Here are a few of our faves.

In between trunk shows @ Barneys, we made a stop at an ICB store in Tokyo and got to have a look at our new collaboration. We worked closely with the brand to develop a line of jewelry and as a bonus even printed a few of our favorite designs on t-shirts.

We pulled inspiration from our Color Story Collection, using LF twists like snake chain, our classic hand-dyed silk ribbon, fresh-water pearls and an amazing resin link chain to create a clean and classic collection specially for the ICB girl.

Lulu

Lisa hosted a trunk show at Barneys while in Japan last month and posed for Polaroid snaps with customers who bought jewelry. She also ran into her biggest fan, an employee of the store who collects Lulu Frost jewelry!

We learned the hard way that if you already have a crazy nail art obsession, going to Japan will only make matters worse better. Check out some of the amazing nails we saw while there and photos from our trip to the salon.

We just got back from a trip to Japan and have lots of photos to share. We spent a whole day walking through an area called “Akihabara” aka Electric Town where every imaginable electronic part is sold. There were so many brilliant colors and textures, it was beyond inspirational.
